Returns
Due to the nature of our handcrafted skincare and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Please do make an unboxing video and forward it to us in case of any claims. A replacement shall be shipped at the earliest.
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product, please reach out and we will make it right.
